With the interface to Pentacode, you can synchronize employee data without any additional effort.
Activation
For the activation we need a written request from you via e-mail to [email protected]. We will then activate the interface for Pentacode.
Functionality
The interface automatically transfers data from onboard to Pentacode. The following data is synchronized:
- Gender
- Last name
- First name
- Your address
- City
- Zip code
- Company e-mail (preferred)
- Telephone number (private)
- Telephone number (company)
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Nationality
- Tax ID
- Social security number
- Personnel number
- Picture
The company e-mail address is preferred for the transfer. If no company e-mail address is stored in onboard, the private e-mail address will be used.
Frequently asked questions
I only use the “Recruiting” module from onboard. Does the interface also work there?
No, the interface only works with the Talent Management module, as specific employee information is required (tax number, home address, etc.).
How often is the data updated?
The data is synchronized once a night.
