Deleting data
You can delete records in onboard by selecting “Delete” on the respective page. For safety, a pop-up always appears to confirm the operation.
Regularly check the retention of personal data! Data records that are no longer used (e.g. former employees or outdated applicant profiles) should be regularly removed from onboard.
Recovery
If data is accidentally deleted, it is possible to restore it within 30 days upon request to our support team.
No recovery is possible after the expiration of 30 days.
