Use the “Generate Link” feature to redirect applicants to onboard.

Function

To publish on Indeed, you can simply copy the job opening from onboard, and paste the text there in the creation interface. To receive the applicant data in onboard afterwards, you can add a link to the “Apply now” button.

Create your job opening in onboard beforehand, and post it on the other available channels.

Important steps

1. This function must be activated by Indeed
2. First create the job opening in onboard
3. Use the “generate link to job” function and select “Indeed” under “campaign”

Request activation from Indeed

In order to embed a custom link in your Indeed job opening, it is necessary to request the activation of this option from Indeed.

After activation

After activation, you will now also find the option “Application form URL” in the application settings under “Application method” in addition to the two standard selections.

Select it and copy the link you generated earlier in onboard.

This will redirect applicants from Indeed to the application form in onboard and you will receive the applicant data directly in onboard.
