The possibility of an interface can be requested from Indeed, onboard will provide you with the data for this.
Request activation
If you want to use the interface to Indeed, you need to perform the following steps:
- Request channel for multiposting at onboard (support@onboard.org)
- Post job openings through the channel
- onboard sends you the necessary data for Indeed
- Request interface from Indeed
Indeed decides for itself whether to activate the interface for you.
Send data to Indeed
From onboard you get the following data, which you submit to Indeed:
- Name of the company
- URL of your website
- URL of the XML interface
- Name of the ATS
Send this data to Indeed Customer Support and ask for activation of the XML interface for your company.
Indeed will check your data and let you know if the activation has been approved.

By default, the link to the XML interface contains the job openings in all available languages. If you need the jobs only in a specific language, you can request a separate XML feed from onboard. To do so, contact support@onboard.org.
Publication of the job openings
The “Indeed” channel is available for selection in multiposting, thus the job openings are transmitted to the interface and appear in the job portal.
Likewise, the job portal is notified when archived.
The applicants are returned to onboard.

You create the job opening directly in onboard and share it via multiposting (channel manager when publishing the job opening).
