Spam settings for e-mails

Emails from onboard are labelled as spoofing and end up in the spam folder. What can I do about this?

Add the mail address of onboard to the trusted senders. Mails from onboard will then be sent to your inbox.

Otherwise, you have the option of changing the name of the sender to “onboard”. To do this, please contact our support team at support@onboard.org.
